FAQ

1. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our shelf live for our products is 12 months. Please keep in mind that all our products are made without chemical preservatives therefore they do not last forever. Keep products out of direct sunlight and avoid mixing with water.

2. How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

3. How can I contact customer service?

4. What if my products are frozen upon arrival?

Due to Canada's extreme harsh winters, product may arrive frozen if they are left outside for a long time. If this happens let product sit in room temperature for a couple of hours or until it softens. Please pick up package as soon as possible to try an avoid this situation.

5. What if my products are melted upon arrival?

If your product arrives melted, place in refrigerator right away to allow it to cool down. Please collect package as soon as possible to try an avoid this situation.

Refunds

For sanitation purposes, we do NOT offer any refunds/exchanges. All sales are FINAL 

Shipping

We currently only ship to people in Canada, however we are working on expanding soon! Make sure to track package and collect it as soon as it arrives to avoid melted/frozen products as we do not offer refunds/exchanges for melted/frozen products.

Delivery Issues

Once an order is handed to the shipping courier, we have no control over lost/delayed/damaged packages. Please contact shipping courier regarding any of these problems. Belle Naturelle is not held liable for these issues.
